PMG is seeking an AI & Software Engineering Director to lead innovative teams focused on AI-driven tools for digital marketing. This role involves technical leadership, team building, and strategic alignment with product and technology leaders to deliver cutting-edge solutions for global brands.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2–4 distributed teams
• Provide technical oversight
• Define team performance expectations
• Partner with Product team to evolve roadmap
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders
• Build and scale high-performing teams
• Stay ahead of GenAI and emerging technologies

Requirements

• 5+ years in a senior engineering role
• 3+ years of engineering management experience
• Experience in a manager-of-managers role
• Deep expertise with modern technologies (AWS, GCP, Docker, Terraform, Python, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, OpenAI)
• Proficiency in distributed system design
• Strong understanding of MarTech
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools
• Hands-on experience or working interest in Generative AI
• Advanced knowledge of containerization tools
• Team-first mindset with exceptional communication skills
