PMG is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join their dynamic team focused on developing Alli, a cloud-based suite of AI-powered tools for digital marketing. The role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of scalable features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior engineers to deliver innovative solutions for clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of features
• Draft and implement architectural designs
• Integrate AI-driven solutions
• Build scalable products
• Mentor junior engineers
• Conduct code reviews
• Pioneer development in state-of-the-art technologies

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend development experience
• 3+ years with modern backend frameworks (Django, Flask, Express.js)
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices
• Proficiency in Node.js, Python, or Go
• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, MySQL)
• Familiarity with AI technologies (OpenAI, Bedrock, Vertex, LangChain)
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong communication skills
