Job Description

PMG is seeking a Design Systems UX Senior Associate to build and maintain a comprehensive library of reusable, accessible components and patterns for their enterprise SaaS platform. The role involves technical collaboration with engineers, establishing design-to-code workflows, and driving the evolution of the design system methodology to ensure scalability and impact.

Responsibilities

• Shape user interfaces at scale
• Build and maintain a library of reusable components
• Define and evolve design tokens
• Lead integration and maintenance of components in Storybook
• Partner with front-end engineers
• Establish design system governance
• Articulate design system decisions
• Create and maintain documentation
• Conduct research with design and development teams
• Track design system adoption and impact
• Leverage technology and automation

Requirements

• 3+ years of design systems experience
• Experience scaling a system across multiple teams
• Advanced proficiency in Figma
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Ability to read and review code
• Deep knowledge of accessibility standards
• Experience working with engineers and Storybook
• Systematic thinking about component relationships
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
