PMG is seeking a Software Engineering Senior Lead to join a dynamic team focused on developing Alli, a cloud-based AI-powered suite of tools for digital marketing. The role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior engineers, and pioneering development in marketing technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of Alli platform features
• Collaborate on AI-first solutions for performance and automation
• Build scalable, privacy-first products
• Mentor junior engineers
• Pioneer development in marketing technology
• Design and implement scalable technical solutions
• Conduct coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting
• Draft and implement architectural designs
• Collaborate with designers and product managers
• Lead code reviews

Requirements

• 7+ years of backend development experience
• 3+ years with modern backend frameworks (Django, Flask, Spring Boot, Express.js)
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and microservices
• Experience across all software development stages
• 3+ years leading and mentoring engineers
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Go
• Advanced skills in databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, MySQL)
• Familiarity with AI technologies (OpenAI, Bedrock, Vertex, LangChain)
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible)
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong communication skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
