PMG is seeking a driven MBA candidate with 2-4 years of pre-MBA experience to join their growing Business Strategy team. The role involves structuring complex problems, leading strategic initiatives, translating business priorities into actionable plans, and driving process innovation for leading brands.

Responsibilities

• Structure complex problems into actionable solutions
• Lead and support strategic initiatives
• Translate business priorities into recommendations
• Partner with Finance, Corporate Development, and People teams
• Drive process innovation
• Distill information into insights
• Build relationships across teams

Requirements

• Completing or recently completed full-time MBA by June 2026
• 2–4 years of pre-MBA experience in consulting or corporate strategy
• Exceptional problem-structuring and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
• Willingness to relocate to Dallas
