PMG is seeking a recent graduate to join their AI Strategy, Solutions & Automation Track within their Graduate Leadership Program. This role focuses on designing automations and lightweight apps to streamline marketing and media team workflows, utilizing tools like Zapier, N8n, and AI platforms. The program emphasizes hands-on experience, learning, and contributing to PMG’s proprietary platform, Alli.

Responsibilities

• Design automations and workflows
• Build lightweight apps to streamline team processes
• Utilize tools like Zapier, N8n, and AI platforms
• Collaborate with strategy, media, creative, and data teams
• Work within PMG’s Alli platform
• Identify opportunities to automate tasks and improve workflows
• Refine and scale successful builds

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (Spring 2025 - Fall 2025) in Business, Marketing, Communication, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
• Problem-solving skills with a builder mentality
• Tech savviness and curiosity about systems and data flow
• Familiarity with automation and low-code tools
• Ability to translate complex needs into working prototypes
• Action-oriented with a focus on iteration
• Excitement about automation and AI
