PMG is seeking recent graduates for a full-time Graduate Leadership Program focused on creative account coordination. The program offers immersive training, hands-on projects, and mentorship to develop skills in brand building, creative strategy, and project management within a dynamic advertising environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate creative projects and timelines
  • Serve as a liaison between creative teams and other departments
  • Build internal relationships
  • Develop client communication skills
  • Translate client needs into creative briefs
  • Participate in team meetings and reviews

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Fall 2025 - Spring 2026)
  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
