PMG's Graduate Leadership Program - Data Analytics track is a full-time role for recent graduates to apply analytical skills to real client challenges. The program includes immersive training, hands-on experience with PMG's proprietary technology, Alli, and a focus on developing both technical and strategic skills in marketing analytics.

Responsibilities

• Apply analytical skills to client challenges
• Utilize PMG’s Alli technology to drive insights
• Transform data into compelling insights
• Master SQL and data visualization
• Analyze data within a marketing and media context
• Develop critical thinking skills

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (Fall 2025 - Spring 2026) in related field
• Proficient in SQL
• Analytical skills and ability to work with complex data
• Internships or project experience with data analysis
• Ability to connect insights to outcomes
