PMG is seeking a recent graduate for their Graduate Leadership Program in the Creative track. This full-time program focuses on developing skills in design, storytelling, and content creation for leading brands. The role involves contributing to creative ideas, translating briefs into executions, and maintaining brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative ideas and executions
• Translate strategic briefs into visual concepts
• Develop visuals for marketing campaigns
• Present design concepts and incorporate feedback
• Maintain and update brand guidelines
• Stay updated on cultural and design trends
• Provide team support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (Fall 2025 - Spring 2026)
• Degree in Art Direction, Communication Design, or related field
• Relevant professional work or internship experience
• Conceptual thinking and visual storytelling skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
