Job Description

PMG is seeking a Client Development Principal to lead strategic pursuits, deepen relationships with consultants and prospects, and guide the development of impactful proposals. This role will be instrumental in evolving PMG's growth approach while upholding its values and vision for marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Lead consultant-led pitches
  • Manage pitch strategy and materials
  • Build relationships with agency search consultants
  • Shift growth strategy toward relationship-driven opportunities
  • Collaborate on account-based growth plans
  • Manage and mentor a Client Development Lead
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders
  • Support pitch lifecycle operations

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in agency business development or client leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale pitches
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with agency search consultants preferred
  • Strategic and detail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to distill complexity into clear narratives
  • Passion for collaboration and innovation
