Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in brand media, sports marketing, or partnership strategy
  • Strong understanding of sports fandom and cultural movements
  • Proven track record of innovative partnership ideas
  • Deep passion for sports and culture
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Agility and strategic discipline
  • Expertise across digital, social, linear, experiential, and IRL activations
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and storytelling skills
  • People-first leadership style
