Job Description

PMG is seeking a Programmatic Media Director to lead strategic direction for clients’ programmatic campaigns, partner with senior stakeholders, analyze campaign performance, and foster strong relationships with platform partners. The role involves team leadership, innovation, and ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of digital media/programmatic experience
  • 4+ years of management experience
  • Expertise in Programmatic Advertising, Marketing Planning & Analysis
  • Heavy video background
  • Strong proficiency in Analytics and SQL
  • Expertise in Ad Exchanges, Ad Servers, and DSPs
  • Channel expertise across CTV, OLV, Display, Audio, Native, DOOH, and App
  • Proven ability to mentor and lead teams
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commitment to continual learning
