Job Description

PMG is seeking a Programmatic Media Lead to shape the strategic vision for programmatic campaigns, oversee execution, engage with clients, analyze performance, and mentor junior team members. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital media and programmatic advertising, with expertise in analytics, video, and various ad channels.

Responsibilities

  • Shape programmatic campaign strategy
  • Oversee campaign execution and optimization
  • Engage with senior client stakeholders
  • Analyze campaign performance and identify trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Develop and maintain programmatic roadmaps
  • Identify growth opportunities
  • Foster relationships with platform partners
  • Mentor junior team members

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in digital media and programmatic advertising
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Intermediate expertise in Analytics, Programmatic Advertising, and Marketing Metrics
  • Heavy video background
  • Strong knowledge of Marketing Planning & Analysis
  • Familiarity with Ad Exchanges, Ad Servers, and DSPs
  • Channel expertise across CTV, OLV, Display, Audio, Native, DOOH, and App
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Proven ability to mentor
