Job Description

PMG is seeking an innovative and agile SEM Senior Associate to own account implementation, ensure performance meets client goals, contribute to strategic initiatives, and coach junior team members. This role involves managing paid search campaigns, optimizing performance, and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage feed-based campaigns for retail accounts
• Create new paid search campaigns
• Optimize paid search campaigns
• Manage campaign execution including setup, analysis, and reporting
• Optimize performance through testing and analysis
• Assist in budget management
• Build and maintain reports
• Maintain awareness of SEM industry trends
• Leverage PMG's Alli platform

Requirements

• 3+ years of paid search experience
• Strong Paid Search knowledge
• In-platform management experience
• Strong communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Experience with retail focused Performance Max campaigns
