PMG is seeking a Paid Social Director to lead groundbreaking strategies for a client focused on social innovation. This role involves leading strategy across platforms, managing client relationships, collaborating with teams, and mentoring a team to deliver best-in-class performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead paid social strategy across platforms
  • Serve as strategic lead for client relationships
  • Shape partnerships with platform representatives
  • Collaborate across teams to optimize campaigns
  • Master and contribute to PMG’s Alli technology
  • Guide and mentor team members
  • Evaluate resource and staffing needs
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in paid social strategy
  • 4+ years of leadership experience
  • Advanced expertise in Paid Social, Marketing Metrics, and Marketing Planning
  • Strong proficiency in Content Marketing
  • Expertise in Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, and LinkedIn
  • Advanced skills in Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and SQL
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Commitment to continual learning and a customer-focused mindset
