PMG is seeking a Paid Social Lead to develop and execute paid social strategies, manage budgets, and mentor junior team members. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, building client relationships, and leveraging proprietary technology to deliver data-driven insights and innovative media solutions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in paid social strategy
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Intermediate expertise in Paid Social, Marketing Metrics, and Marketing Planning & Analysis
  • Proficiency in Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, and LinkedIn
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and SQL
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Proven leadership ability
