PMG is seeking a Senior Lead HR Business Partner to align people strategy with business success, build trusted relationships, and drive impact within a growing, people-first organization. This role involves partnering with senior leaders, driving organizational effectiveness, leading HR programs, and using data to address organizational challenges.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders on talent strategies
• Drive organizational effectiveness through org design and workforce planning
• Lead HR programs for culture, inclusivity, and growth
• Use data to uncover trends and address challenges
• Provide guidance on performance management and change management
• Coach leaders on team building and employee development
• Design talent conversations using analytics
• Advise on compensation and rewards strategies
• Ensure consistent application of policies

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive HR experience
• Experience in business partnership, advertising, or marketing tech
• Proven success coaching senior leaders
• Strong analytical and storytelling abilities
• Advanced relationship-building and communication skills
• Capability to lead through complexity
• Passion for creating inclusive environments
