Job Description

The Sales Director will drive new business growth by prospecting, engaging, and acquiring clients for Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. This role involves outbound sales efforts, presenting products, understanding customer needs, and closing deals, with a focus on Adobe solutions like Experience Manager, Target, Analytics, and Real-Time CDP.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify new potential customers
  • Initiate sales outreach via phone, email, and other channels
  • Lead sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Manage the complete sales cycle including pricing, negotiation, and closure
  • Maintain accurate opportunity and pipeline records within the CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and product teams

Requirements

  • Proven track record in outbound SaaS sales
  • Experience managing full SaaS sales cycles and closing enterprise deals
  • Technical-functional familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Experience Cloud
  • Experience with CRM platforms and outbound sales tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
