Job Description

The Financial Controller will support the management of a networked group structure and work closely with managing directors of Reply subsidiary companies across the US. This role focuses on developing controlling, reporting, and stakeholder-management skills in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly financial performance meetings
• Support monitoring company performance
• Contribute to forecasting and budgeting
• Assist in preparing quarterly reporting packages
• Perform reconciliations between management and statutory data

Requirements

• Foundational knowledge of Finance, Controlling, and FP&A
• Communication and relationship-building skills
• Accounting and analytical capabilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred
