Job Description

As a Sr. Engagement Manager, you will drive the overall account strategy for clients, document solutions, and ensure deliverables meet goals. This role focuses on building trusted, long-term client partnerships, managing projects, driving account growth, and developing inspiring solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic counsel to clients
  • Manage full project lifecycles and maintain project plans
  • Facilitate client working sessions to document requirements
  • Lead SCRUM ceremonies
  • Ensure alignment of delivery teams
  • Maintain client documentation

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in Project/Engagement Management, Business Analysis, or Product Management
  • Experience delivering DXP projects or working with a CMS (Kentico, Optimizely, Sitecore, AEM)
  • Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies, JIRA, and/or Azure DevOps
  • Experience launching IT platforms for enterprise clients
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
