Job Description

As a Sr. Engagement Manager, you will drive the overall account strategy for clients, document solutions, and ensure deliverables meet goals. This role focuses on building trusted client partnerships, managing projects, driving account growth, and developing inspiring solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic counsel to clients
• Manage project lifecycles and maintain project plans
• Facilitate client working sessions to gather requirements
• Lead SCRUM ceremonies
• Ensure alignment of delivery teams
• Maintain client documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Project/Engagement Management, Business Analysis, or Product Management
• Experience delivering DXP projects or working with CMS (Kentico, Optimizely, Sitecore, AEM)
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies, JIRA, and/or Azure DevOps
• Experience launching IT platforms for enterprise clients
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
