Job Description

Syskoplan Reply is seeking an SAP FICO Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in SAP Financials modules (FI/CO) and possess a strong understanding of financial close, consolidation processes, and reporting. They will act as a business consultant, problem solver, and support end users while working on multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as a business consultant
• Problem solve with technical and functional understanding of Accounting Principles
• Support end users
• Troubleshoot and configure SAP FICO
• Lead fit/gap sessions
• Prepare documentation
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Provide knowledge transfer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Work authorization without sponsorship
• Travel up to 50%
• 5 years of SAP FICO experience
• Strong accounting/finance background
• Experience in project lifecycle
• Proficient in financial operations processes
• Hands-on SAP Analysis for Office experience
• Hands-on S/4HANA experience
