Valorem Reply is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to lead a team in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions for clients. The role involves overseeing the entire software development lifecycle, mentoring team members, and ensuring adherence to best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver software projects on time
• Manage development of scalable software systems
• Implement code quality and testing standards
• Review code and architecture decisions
• Provide technical guidance and resolve issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope
• Communicate project status to management and clients
• Research new technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• 8 years of software development experience
• 3 years of experience leading software development teams
• 5 years of experience with C#, .NET and Azure
• 2 years of experience with NLP and Agent development
• 2 years of experience with web/mobile/cloud application development
• Experience with software engineering principles
• Experience with Git and Jira
• Knowledge of agile/scrum/waterfall methodologies
