The Specialist, Clinical Strategy is responsible for developing and implementing processes to track and evaluate clinical initiatives, focusing on quality performance goals and improving patient outcomes. This role involves data analysis, reporting, cross-functional collaboration, and leading strategic initiatives related to value-based care.

Requirements

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel and Google Slides/PowerPoint
