Aledade is seeking a Lead of Operations Excellence to spearhead process improvement initiatives within payer operations. This role focuses on streamlining workflows, enhancing productivity, reducing costs, and ensuring sustainable changes for continued growth. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives
• Design and implement process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Establish performance metrics and KPIs
• Utilize data analysis to identify opportunities
• Create reports and dashboards
• Lead project teams and mentor staff
• Partner with Product and Technology teams
• Perform roster maintenance and data curation
• Conduct roster audits and data validation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Six Sigma certification or completion within 6 months
• 5+ years experience in payer/healthcare operations
• 3+ years leading process improvement initiatives
• Experience with data management systems
• Expertise in process mapping and change management
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
