Job Description

As a Senior Manager of Business Intelligence, you will lead the Quality BI team, translating clinical and quality goals into a technical vision and execution strategy. You will drive insights across the Quality ecosystem, focusing on performance areas like MSSP Quality Reporting Measures, MA STARs quality results, and the "Data for Good" program. This role involves leading a team, fostering collaboration, and delivering actionable insights to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic impact by translating needs into a technical roadmap
• Develop and mentor a high-performing BI team
• Champion excellence and collaboration through agile processes
• Own the BI roadmap and quarterly planning
• Oversee development of dashboards and reports

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business intelligence
• 3+ years of managerial experience
• Deep expertise in healthcare quality measurement
• Proven track record partnering with senior stakeholders
• Experience with MSSP Quality Reporting and MA STARs
• Expert proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, dbt, and Tableau
• Experience analyzing healthcare data
