Job Description

The Manager of Strategic Initiatives will support high-priority transformation initiatives within the Office of the CEO, focusing on scaling value-based care insights into partner practice EHR workflows. This role involves project management, data analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and contributing to Aledade’s broader strategic efforts.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze EHR workflow efforts
• Drive data analysis for strategic decision-making
• Gather and assess stakeholder input
• Manage project plans and communication
• Serve as a liaison to key teams and projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 8+ years of progressive professional experience or 5+ years with a Master’s Degree
• 2+ years in healthcare strategy & operations consulting preferred
• Advanced Excel and PPT skills
• Exceptional communication and project management skills
