Job Description

Aledade is seeking a healthcare compliance professional to serve as Director, Deputy Corporate Compliance & Operations. This role will advise the VP of Compliance & Risk, lead compliance operations, and support the overall effectiveness of Aledade's Corporate Compliance program, ensuring ethics, integrity, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deputize for VP of Compliance
• Prepare compliance reports for leadership and the Board
• Oversee and enhance the Corporate Compliance Program
• Establish and maintain compliance governance framework
• Develop and manage compliance training programs
• Lead day-to-day compliance operations
• Oversee intake, investigations, and resolution of compliance concerns
• Partner with Legal, Privacy, Security, and People teams
• Lead special projects
• Supervise and mentor compliance team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 12+ years of experience with 8+ in healthcare compliance
• Experience leading compliance operations teams
• Experience presenting to the Board of Directors
• Knowledge of HIPAA, fraud, waste, and abuse laws
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
