Job Description

The Network Development Lead is responsible for driving Aledade’s growth by building relationships with independent primary care practices and local partners to establish and expand Aledade’s network in key markets. This role focuses on recruiting practices to participate in value-based care contracts and achieving annual growth targets.

Responsibilities

  • Engaging with prospective practices to evaluate fit and secure commitment to value-based care contracts
  • Extending and negotiating participation agreements using Salesforce CRM
  • Coordinating with field teams to generate referrals
  • Participating in state and regional strategy development
  • Providing input and identifying best practices
  • Conducting outbound prospecting and responding to inbound leads

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, health care, or a related field
  • 8+ years of relevant sales experience
  • Proven track record in physician network development or healthcare sales
  • Willingness to travel up to 50-75%
  • Knowledge of value-based care models is preferred
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com is preferred
