The Director of Implementation (Enterprise) leads the onboarding and technical enablement of large healthcare organizations into Aledade’s technology ecosystem, managing projects, building relationships, and ensuring alignment across teams to deliver high-value solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level onboarding projects
• Manage cross-functional teams
• Serve as primary technical contact for clients
• Mentor implementation specialists
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards
• Monitor and improve implementation metrics

Requirements

• 10+ years of healthcare technology experience
• Experience leading enterprise implementations
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field
• Knowledge of EHR implementation and data integration
• Experience with enterprise SaaS applications
