Job Description
This role provides technical assistance to Aledade App users, triaging tickets and troubleshooting issues with predefined steps. The position requires working west coast hours and assisting both internal and external users.
Responsibilities
Assist users via chat to solve technical problems
Triage incomplete tickets
Troubleshoot technical issues with predefined steps
Execute sub-tasks of projects with supervision
Requirements
2+ years experience in healthcare application troubleshooting
Basic competency in HL7 SIU/ADT, HIPAA X12 837, and CCDA
