Aledade is seeking a Practice Support Specialist to empower medical practices with technical expertise, serving as a problem solver for complex healthcare technology challenges. This role involves troubleshooting, data analysis, and ensuring smooth operation of healthcare systems, directly impacting patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with complex chat issues
• Troubleshoot technical tickets
• Handle multiple support issues
• Escalate issues for faster resolution
• Diagnose root causes and implement solutions
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues
• Triage vendor issues
• Execute project tasks with supervision

Requirements

• 4+ years troubleshooting healthcare applications
• Competency in HL7 SIU/ADT, HIPAA X12 837, or CCDA
• SQL experience
• SFTP and VPN connectivity experience
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in related field
