Job Description

This role manages the delivery of interface projects to obtain healthcare data from various systems to enable partner practices to use Aledade’s population health platform. The manager will provide strategic planning, coordinate project activities, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, potentially leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain program scope alignment with business objectives
• Create program roadmap
• Manage internal and external relationships
• Present program updates to leadership
• Ensure project quality and minimize risks
• Manage healthcare integration projects lifecycle
• Provide communication between integrations and internal partners
• Manage issues and escalations
• Provide technical problem solving
• Support business continuity of the portfolio
• Manage active interfaces

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in healthcare data integration strategic planning
• 5+ years experience with interoperability standards
• 5+ years experience with APIs, HL7, ORU, XDS.b, SFTP, VPN
• 8+ years experience with EHR, practice management, HIE vendors
• 8+ years of technical program management experience
