Job Description

The Director of Technical Program Management will lead strategic portfolio management and oversee the delivery of complex healthcare technology initiatives. This role involves building and mentoring a TPM team, establishing program governance, and ensuring alignment across various departments to deliver high-quality, secure, and interoperable healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive planning and execution across multiple teams
• Create alignment among Product, Engineering, and other teams
• Build and lead the technical program management organization
• Establish program governance and track core delivery metrics
• Proactively manage program risks and ensure compliance with healthcare requirements

Requirements

• 10+ years of program/project/product management experience
• 4 years of management experience
• Deep understanding of product development lifecycles and software development methodologies
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Ability to translate technical concepts
• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira and Confluence
