Job Description

As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for the product roadmap, execution, and management of Aledade’s Zendesk platform. This role involves crafting the long-term vision, gathering requirements, and collaborating with tech and analytics partners to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that align with business objectives and enhance user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business owners to develop a shared vision for Zendesk
  • Optimize live user workflows and monitor key metrics
  • Develop a deep understanding of requirements and perform solution design
  • Write detailed user stories with measurable success criteria
  • Develop short and long-term roadmaps

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience in technology or SaaS
  • Proven track record in customer service, contact center, or ITSM
  • Experience with SaaS ticketing systems (Zendesk, Salesforce, ServiceNow)
  • Experience with integrations between enterprise applications
