Job Description

As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will design scalable solutions for Aledade’s clinical data platform, focusing on Medicare Advantage and unstructured data extraction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, implement solutions, and expand the platform’s ability to ingest, standardize, and serve clinical data for AI/ML use cases.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive technical roadmaps for data pipeline infrastructure
• Partner with engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders
• Monitor pipeline performance and data quality
• Develop understanding of requirements and design technical solutions
• Write detailed user stories
• Optimize user workflows

Requirements

• 8+ years of product/technical program management in healthcare data platforms, interoperability, or machine learning
• Experience using and writing queries against data
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
• Product development experience supporting LLM pipelines
• Ability to bridge business objectives and platform capabilities
