Aledade is seeking a Vice President of Product Management to lead the development of a generative AI-powered application for healthcare providers to accurately document and manage patient medical conditions. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, partnering with executive leadership, and driving the execution of a rapidly evolving technology product focused on predictive analytics and workflow for diagnosis coding.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy
• Lead and manage a team of technical product managers
• Collaborate with stakeholders for successful rollout and adoption
• Manage and scale a predictive analytics and workflow platform

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 15+ years of product management experience
• 5+ years of experience in risk adjustment with primary care providers
• Master’s degree or advanced degree in a relevant field
• Proven track record of shipping impactful, technically complex products
• Deep product knowledge and ability to engage in technical discussions
