Job Description

The PY0 Performance Enterprise Manager leads the enterprise practice segment, overseeing large healthcare organizations during the pre-performance period (PY0). This role focuses on establishing relationships, supporting account management, developing playbooks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of value-based care solutions and early contract savings.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with Enterprise stakeholders
• Manage PY0 milestones for high-priority accounts
• Coach account managers and handle escalations
• Develop and refine the PY0 Performance market playbook
• Prioritize workstreams with Implementation and field teams
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Analytics teams
• Build onboarding and training materials
• Provide strategic support for PY0 Performance Initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health administration, or public policy
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• 3+ years experience in Project Management
• 5+ years experience in an Enterprise environment
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and Powerpoint/Google Slides (preferred)
• Strong foundation in value-based care (preferred)
