Job Description

The Quality Improvement Project Specialist supports quality initiatives by identifying, advancing, and communicating key objectives using QI best practices and project management tools. This role requires expertise in value-based care and collaboration with internal teams and external partners to drive organizational quality goals.

Responsibilities

  • Aggregate and analyze data to generate insights
  • Define project approach including roles, stakeholders, and risks
  • Monitor project progress and adjust as needed
  • Lead cross-functional project meetings
  • Develop presentations and reports on quality improvement strategies
  • Perform administrative tasks to support project execution

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proven project management ability
  • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills
  • Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint, Google Slides)
  • 5+ years of work experience (preferred)
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel 10-15%
