The Executive Director for Arizona and New Mexico is a business leader responsible for market strategy, business development, and relationship management. They provide direction to field teams, manage financial accountability, and align clinical initiatives with savings goals. This role involves leading ACO operations and fostering professional development within the team.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for Arizona and New Mexico market
• Lead business development and relationship management
• Support and direct Market Managers and Practice Transformation Specialists
• Manage market P&L and maximize financial returns
• Achieve savings and quality targets for ACO contracts
• Collaborate on regional growth and partnerships
• Lead local/multi-state ACO Boards
• Support professional development of direct reports

Requirements

• Resident of Arizona or New Mexico
• 10+ years healthcare industry experience
• 7+ years management experience
• 3+ years Value Based Care experience
• Proven track record of customer relationship management
• Effective communication with senior management
