Responsibilities

  • Set strategic direction for Arizona and New Mexico market
  • Lead business development and relationship management
  • Support and direct Market Managers and Practice Transformation Specialists
  • Manage market P&L and maximize financial returns
  • Achieve savings and quality targets for ACO contracts
  • Collaborate on regional growth and partnerships
  • Lead local/multi-state ACO Boards
  • Support professional development of direct reports

Requirements

  • Resident of Arizona or New Mexico
  • 10+ years healthcare industry experience
  • 7+ years management experience
  • 3+ years Value Based Care experience
  • Proven track record of customer relationship management
  • Effective communication with senior management
