The North Carolina Executive Director is a business leader responsible for market strategy, business development, relationship management, and financial accountability. They align clinical initiatives with savings goals and provide direction to field teams, while also managing ACO operations and fostering professional development of direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for the North Carolina market
• Manage business development and relationships
• Support and direct Market Managers and Practice Transformation Specialists
• Assume financial accountability for the market
• Achieve savings and quality targets
• Collaborate on regional growth and partnerships
• Manage ACO Profit & Loss
• Lead ACO Boards
• Support professional development of direct reports

Requirements

• Residency in North Carolina
• 10+ years healthcare industry experience
• 7+ years management experience
• 3+ years Value Based Care experience
• Proven track record of customer relationship management
