Aledade is seeking a Practice Transformation Specialist to support practices and impact patient care. The role involves implementing products, executing initiatives, training staff, and fostering relationships with providers to improve financial and quality performance. The position requires up to 50% domestic travel and remote work capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement products and execute ACO initiatives
• Support practice onboarding
• Train office staff and providers
• Assess training needs
• Develop relationships with physicians and healthcare executives
• Listen to practice concerns
• Relay information to managers

Requirements

• 4-6 years of medical practice management experience or equivalent
• 3 years of EHR experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Computer skills and willingness to learn
• Ability to travel 10-50%
