The Manager of Network Operations will support the scaling of operational excellence for Aledade Complete, focusing on network contracting, provider credentialing, and health plan enrollment. This role involves building and optimizing processes, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and overseeing vendor relationships to ensure a successful launch and growth of the product.

Responsibilities

• Supports implementation of market entry plans
• Manages vendor implementation and relationships
• Validates operational requirements and monitors compliance
• Interfaces with teams and practices for process execution
• Identifies and develops SOPs for workflows
• Resolves operational issues

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in health plan or provider operations
• Bachelor’s degree
• Results-oriented with influencing ability
• Track record of relationship building
• Effective communication skills
