Job Description

The Manager, Network Contracting will support and execute Aledade’s network contracts with health plans, focusing on negotiating and managing network participation agreements. This role involves contract lifecycle management, analysis, and maintaining payer relationships, collaborating with senior leadership to negotiate new agreements and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Support negotiations for network participation agreements
• Manage the full lifecycle of network participation agreements
• Compile data and perform rate analyses
• Track and report on key contract metrics
• Interface with internal teams

Requirements

• 8+ years in healthcare with health plans or providers
• Bachelor’s degree
• Understanding of health plan contracting process
• Strong understanding of network participation agreement process
• Proven track record of customer relationship management
• Results-oriented with project management skills
