Job Description

The Director, Commercial Contracting will execute Aledade’s commercial value-based care contracts with national and regional health plans, focusing on negotiating contracts for commercially insured members. This role involves contract negotiation, tracking, reporting, and relationship development, reporting to the VP, Commercial Contracting.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate commercial value-based care contracts
• Track and report on payer discussions and contract metrics
• Support market growth and expansion efforts
• Improve contract terms during renewals
• Develop knowledge of existing contracts
• Nurture relationships with stakeholders

Requirements

• 12+ years in healthcare with health plans or provider groups
• Experience in contract negotiations within value-based care
• Bachelor’s degree
• Results-oriented with influencing skills
• Proven track record of relationship building
• Passion for value-based care
