Job Description

The Senior Engineering Manager will lead a team of senior ML Engineers in the development of technology that improves mental and physical health. This role requires strong technical leadership, team building, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver high business impact on ML/AI projects.

• Set goals and remove roadblocks for the team
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business outcomes
• Drive engineering excellence in processes and systems

Requirements

• BS/BTech in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of production-level engineering experience
• 5+ years of managerial experience leading technical teams
• Experience attracting, hiring, and coaching engineers
• Experience in AI/ML related technologies, with a preference for Python
