Aledade is seeking a Senior Software Engineer II to maintain, improve, and expand their web application and data pipelines. The ideal candidate will focus on creating secure, maintainable, and scalable solutions while embracing risk minimization strategies like observability and high test coverage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement scalable solutions
• Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and stakeholders
• Mentor and coach junior engineers
• Conduct thorough pull request reviews

Requirements

• BS/BTech in Computer Science or related field
• 6+ years of engineering experience building web applications
• 3+ years of experience with SQL or database querying
• 3+ years of experience as a technical decision-maker
• 3+ years of experience coaching engineers
