Job Description

The Senior Security Operations Center (SOC) Manager will oversee and evolve the SOC’s operations to ensure proactive, real-time identification, containment, and mitigation of security incidents. This leadership role involves leading a team, improving incident response processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align security initiatives with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily SOC activities
• Manage, mentor, and develop the SOC team
• Coordinate incident response efforts
• Lead post-incident analysis
• Review and enhance SOC processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity
• 5+ years in a SOC leadership role
• Knowledge of security operations (SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS)
• Cloud security expertise (AWS, Azure, GCP)
