Aledade is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across various clouds and custom applications. This role involves providing architectural guidance, mentoring development teams, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions
• Define and document architectural designs and build plans
• Mentor development teams and provide technical support
• Manage integrations with upstream/downstream systems
• Track enterprise portfolio and drive project teams
• Resolve technical issues

Requirements

• 8+ years of Salesforce Developer/Architect experience
• Salesforce Admin/Developer/Architect certifications (Preferred)
• Experience with database design, middleware, and UI development
• Experience with 3rd Party integrations and AppExchange offerings
• Proficiency in Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Components, and SFDC APIs
• Experience with development frameworks like Lightning Component Framework
