Jito Labs is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to the development of BAM, a product reimagining Solana market structure, and other MEV product lines. The role involves writing performant code, tackling complex distributed systems challenges, and contributing to open-source blockchain technology within a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new approaches to block building
• Create innovative solutions for optimizing validator consensus and execution
• Build high-performance systems for processing and analyzing on-chain data
• Optimize critical paths in infrastructure and Solana core
• Develop tools for monitoring and improving network efficiency
• Write performant, bug-free code

Requirements

• 5+ years of systems-level programming in C, C++, or Rust
